Delete your account

1.What deletion does

In short Everything you added is permanently deleted. It cannot be undone, so export first if you want a copy.

Deleting your account permanently removes your account and everything it owns: your contacts, notes, actions, bonds, opportunities, referrals, your digital business card and your public profile. It cannot be undone.

You can download everything you have added before you go, on any plan including Free, from the app or the platform. Once the account is deleted there is nothing left to export.

What is kept. Copies of deleted data can persist in our routine backups for a limited period before they are overwritten; we do not restore deleted accounts from backups. Records we are required to keep by law, such as billing and tax records for web subscriptions, are retained for as long as the law requires. Nothing else is kept.

2.Delete from the app

In short Settings, then Delete Account, at the bottom of the list.

Open bondai, go to Settings, and scroll to the bottom. Tap Delete Account, then confirm. The account and everything in it is deleted straight away.

3.Delete from the web

In short No login needed. We email you a code to confirm it is your account.

Go to portal.bondai.app/delete-account, enter the email address on your account, and we send a verification code to that address. Enter the code and the account is deleted. This works even if you can no longer sign in, as long as you can read email at that address.

4.Remove specific data without closing your account

In short Email us and we will remove it.

If you want particular information removed while keeping your account, delete it in the app, or email privacy@bondai.app and tell us what to remove. The same address works if someone has recorded information about you and you would like it removed. You do not need an account to ask.

5.Your subscription is separate

In short Deleting the account does not cancel a store subscription. Cancel it first.

A subscription bought through the App Store or Google Play is billed by the store, so deleting your bondai account does not stop the billing. Cancel it first: on iPhone or iPad in Settings, your Apple Account, then Subscriptions; on Android in the Google Play Store, then Subscriptions. A subscription bought on the web is cancelled from your account in the bondai platform before you delete.
