+What is free?
Your digital business card, always. Share it with a QR code, let people save you in a tap, keep unlimited contacts, and download them whenever you like. No trial, no payment details.
+How does the free trial work?
Pro opens with 14 days free, so you get the whole app and the web platform end to end before you pay anything. The App Store or Google Play grants the trial when you subscribe, which means they ask for a payment method up front and charge nothing until day 15. Cancel before then and you are not charged.
+What does Pro cost after the trial?
A$12.99 a month or A$129 a year. The store shows the price in your own currency.
+What is the difference between Free and Pro?
Free is the card, with unlimited contacts. Pro is everything else: every person you meet researched for you, briefings before you meet, notes and reminders, suggested next moves, messages drafted in your voice, and the web platform with email and calendar sync.
+Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, in the store you bought it from, and your plan runs to the end of the period you have paid for. Cancelling during the trial costs nothing.
+What happens to what I have added if I stop paying?
It stays yours. You move to Free: your card and your contacts are still there, you are not locked out, and you can download everything you have added as a spreadsheet at any time. Subscribe again and the rest comes straight back.
+Is anything shared on Free or Pro?
No. Your contacts, notes and history are never visible to anyone else. Shared visibility only exists on Enterprise, and even there it is opt-in.
+On Enterprise, who can see my contacts?
Only you, unless you choose to share. Sharing is opt-in per contact or group, and admins see aggregate activity, never your notes or contact detail.
