+What do I actually get on Free?
Your digital business card and the profile behind it, so people can scan you and save you. Plus up to 30 contacts with their own profiles. It doesn't expire and it doesn't ask for a card.
+How does the free trial work?
Essential and Pro both start with 14 days of full access, so you experience bondai end to end before you pay a cent. Cancel anytime during the trial and you won't be charged. Free isn't a trial, it just stays free.
+What happens if I don't continue?
You move to Free. Your card and your contacts are still there, you're not locked out, and everything else you added is kept and comes straight back if you subscribe again. You can download the lot as a spreadsheet whenever you like.
+Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Your plan runs to the end of the billing period, then you land on Free rather than a locked door.
+Is anything shared on Essential or Pro?
No. Essential and Pro are yours alone, your contacts, notes and history are never visible to anyone else. Shared visibility only exists on Enterprise, and even there it's opt-in.
+On Enterprise, who can see my contacts?
Only you, unless you choose to share. Sharing is opt-in per contact or group, and admins see aggregate activity, never your notes or contact detail.
